Obtaining the mining permit was much easier than Leonard had imagined. After spending over 800,000 euros, he obtained the right to exploit more than 4,000 acres of land.
However, having mining rights alone was clearly not enough, especially since not having land ownership could easily cause various problems in the current situation.
