The rules of this auction are simple too, all warehouses start with a uniform reserve price. Each of the miniature warehouses has a reserve price of 100 US dollars, while the small-sized warehouses have a reserve price of 150 US dollars.

Like most warehouse auctions, this one accepts only cash. The probable reason, Leonard Ethan thinks, is that the sellers want to dodge some taxes.

Of course, these behind-the-scenes issues are not much of Leonard's concern. After all, he is just there to participate in the auction, not getting involved in these affairs.

Las Vegas is a fast-paced city, and so is the warehouse auction here. Hence, just shortly after the auction kicked off, seven warehouses were sold off.

Leonard didn't bid a cent during this process, because, in his opinion, those items were merely discarded objects by tourists. True, buying them could make some money. However, this expenditure was totally unworthy for these out-of-towners like Leonard and his group.
