When Leonard and the others came down the mountain and met up with Mr. Scott, they quickly received some useful information they had gathered separately.

"My men discovered several mining caves just now, and after some simple excavations, they dug out some turquoise and peacock stone." Mr. Scott said, taking out a fava bean-sized piece of turquoise.

"So, I think this place should be a turquoise mine—" But Leonard only heard Mr. Scott's introduction, as his attention was completely attracted by the turquoise in Scott's hand.

Turquoise is a very common gem, so Leonard had owned decorative items embellished with turquoise in both his past and current life, but this piece of turquoise was different from the common ones:

Turquoise usually has some patterns on it, usually black or brown. But the patterns on the turquoise in Scott's hand were unusually bright red.
