Advancing at night through some extremely rugged roads, they took a full four hours to get through this 10km route.
But all the hard work was worth it. Thanks to the guidance of the local, they successfully bypassed the sentry positions the bandits had set up on the main routes leading to the village and infiltrated their core areas without alerting anyone.
Upon reaching the near proximity of their core area, they didn't launch an attack directly. Instead, they hid themselves in a very discreet mountain cave, then Leonard released his flock of ravens.
"Honestly, even the most advanced drones don't compare to these ravens," praised Fairmont, a former soldier, as he watched the images transmitted to the computer screen.
After all, compared to the small drones he'd used on previous missions, these three ravens absolutely outmatched them in terms of stealth, intelligence, and endurance.
