"This Card is—well, it's just too advanced." After reading the description of the [Faraday Cage (SR)] Card, Leonard Ethan fell into deep thought.
Because the Cards he had found previously were always related to skills, whether they were Extraordinary Powers or regular skills, they were all of a very ancient sort. He had never seen or even thought about such a modernized usage before.
"I think this skill might come from those metal buildings' ability to defend against lightning. I've heard that many such buildings have survived lightning strikes intact," Leonard said as he thought the matter over and discussed it with Joan.
"However, this kind of skill didn't mean much in the past as getting struck by lightning was an extremely rare event, and preparing for it beforehand was not easy."
