"It feels like there's just no way to carry on—" By the morning of the third day at the castle, Mary looked visibly disheartened. "Although we've discovered more than 300 symbols, we just can't make any sense of them.
"If we really have to say we've found something, I can only say that these symbols are quite beautifully drawn, they seem more like paintings than words."
