As night fell, Leonard and his party returned to their campsite. Although there was a Petra light show at night, they felt it wasn't suitable to visit during such crowded times.
However, on their way back to the camp, they could faintly hear the sounds of music and melancholic singing, which, paired with the distant lights, made the desert seem even more desolate.
Since they were quite tired from the day before and the surroundings were very quiet, Leonard and others slept very well that night, enjoying a full night's rest. Therefore, they got up early the next morning.
After a quick pack-up, they set off straight for their target. Riding on horses, Leonard and the two of them ambled through the narrow and tranquil valley, where past flowing water had sketched nature's most beautiful curves on the stone walls.
