Painting an oil painting is a very time-consuming and energy-draining task, so by the time Leonard Ethan had thoroughly finished the painting and handed it over to Mary, the previously agreed upon time with the Japanese side had also arrived.
After making the necessary preparations to depart, Leonard and others boarded an airplane heading east, and then landed at Featherfield Airport in Tokyo.
"Why is it always Tokyo with this place?" Inquired Joan curiously as they were traveling by car to the hotel in the city center. "Japan would be considered a big country in Europe as well, so why does everything seem to lead to Tokyo?"
"This is mainly because resources in Japan are highly concentrated." Leonard explained as he looked at the dense array of high-rises outside the car window, "Virtually all of Japan's resources are concentrated in the three major urban regions, and apart from these, other areas are now severely in decline."
