After inspecting everything, Leonard was quite satisfied with his overall industrial layout in the Philippines. Although many projects were still in their infancy, they already had the ability to self-generate income.
Especially the establishment of a series of livelihood projects allowed the plantation to nurture a stable workforce and allowed them to plan for long-term business development.
"We will integrate infrastructure planning for our next step, connecting the roads and irrigation systems of the various plantations, and then building some reservoirs."
After returning to their residence, Thomas Yellow introduced the next development direction to Leonard and requested additional funding for the construction of these projects. Of course, from a certain perspective, all this can be considered investment.
In addition to water and transportation, they plan to build a new power station and replace some aging power lines. Also, they hope to continue acquiring neighboring farms.
