After the end of the museum tour, Leonard Ethan and his companions didn't make any other travel arrangements, instead they went straight back to the hotel. According to their previous plan, they were going to visit Mr. Walma's diamond processing factory, hoping to find some inspiration.

Diamonds have a long history as objects of beauty and desire. In the 1st century CE, the Roman naturalist Plinny said, "Diamonds are the most valuable, not only of gems but also of unique things in the world."

Nowadays, when people mention diamonds, they think of African countries like South Africa and Sierra Leone that are rich in diamond production. If they are interested in this industry, they may also mention newer producing countries such as Canada, Russia, or Brazil.

However, the oldest diamonds were found in India. From 800 BC until the mid-18th century, India was the only source of diamonds, and produced famous large diamonds like the Mountain of Light.
