The day after the art exhibition ended, Leonard Ethan and his team went to the airport to pick up the lawyer who had rushed from London, and then drove to an artist community located on the outskirts of the city.
This area was originally an old industrial area in Dublin city centre. It was converted into an artist community with a series of supportive policies after the factories closed about twenty years ago.
As a result, this old industrial area has once again revitalized and become one of the largest artist communities in Ireland. Many emerging artists choose this place as the starting point of their career.
Paul and his family's workshop was also opened in this area. It seemed to be a new partition in the old factory building. Through the glass door, it could be seen that the area was not large, and it was filled with various tools and raw materials.
