Upon hearing the noise and straightening up, Leonard Ethan realized that he might have been too focused on his writing, leaving him and two young Asians sitting at a distant table as the only guests in the restaurant.
These two Asians looked quite young, appearing to be in their thirties. Like Leonard Ethan, they seemed to have been writing something previously, with several sheets of paper and two pens on their table.
At this moment, Leonard Ethan's attention was focused on them because they seemed to be having an argument over something which then caught the attention of the waiter.
Regrettably, these two were Japanese, making their English accents rather poor, while the waiter they were talking to had a heavy Irish accent.
As a result, the utter confusion between the parties not only failed to resolve the issue but seemed to make it even worse.
