After confirming that he had indeed found the legendary sunstone, Leonard Ethan immediately stopped his search and returned to shore, then showed his discovery to the Canadian archaeological team.
The team members did not believe Leonard at first, as the so-called sunstone was mostly a legend, and no historian had ever come forth with any evidence to prove its existence.
But when Leonard played the whole process captured by Fairmont's head-mounted camera on the computer, especially the opening of the box - and after they had experienced the effect of the sunstone's calcite themselves - the team members cheered immediately.
For archaeologists, finding anything of historical value is a cause for excitement, let alone the reality of finding something from legend.
