Leonard Ethan had seen a few extraordinary items before, though not many, but he still summarized a number of common characteristics; for instance, these extraordinary items all used materials known for their corrosion resistance.
That is, in a world where extraordinary power had completely vanished, neither exquisite design nor powerful energy infusion had any effect. Instead, it was the inconspicuous properties of the materials that determined whether such things could continue to exist.
Existence aside, nearly all of the extraordinary power on top had been depleted. To speak frankly, if those items hadn't been in this world for a short enough time, even the most minimal extraordinary effects would have completely disappeared by now.
In other words, theoretically, there should be no extraordinary items still in perfect condition in this world, which is why no one has discovered any magical places:
