Unlocking his door he met a middle aged woman, her hair was in a messy bun with wrinkles all over her face. Mrs. Lin, Shin's mother, was raging in anger that smokes are escaping her nostrils. Shin was just standing in-front of her, expressionless, he's not really minding this unreasonable mother of his. Mrs. Lin with her soaring anger, raised her right hand and slaps Shin.
"YOU BITCH! JUST BECAUSE I LET YOU GO ONE TIME DOSEN'T MEAN YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU LIKE! WHERE IS THE MONEY I TOLD YOU TO EARN!? YOU DON'T WANT MY ACCEPTANCE ANYMORE!? IS IT BEACAUSE YOU SEDUCED A BIG TIME NOW!? YOU ALREADY HAD A SUG-"
A slap land on Mrs. Lin's face making her cheeks red. She touch her reddened cheek while looking back at the one who slapped her, jaw-dropped, Mrs. Lin was left silent. A cold and stern voice speak, gazing at the person before him.
"Are you done? If you are, then please kindly leave. I am in no mood to argue."
Shin turned back and slammed the door leaving his mother speechless. Who would have thought that her stupid son would one day disobey her. Shin walk slowly to the couch in-front of the bed, he sits down and thought about it. After that satisfying slap he didn't feel any regret at all, he was dying to that. That so called mother of his was the reason he became a mercenary and had to give up his life.
About this time of year, Shin was about to enter college when his long lost mother came back. He was relieved when told that he was not abandoned, rather he was lost when he was young, but that was his naive understanding. He shared his experiences with her, at first they were just two loving mother-son duo, until Shin confessed that he was gay.
