He spoke with utter heartlessness, his eyes filled with sorrow as he gazed at the panicked Qin Huan.
"We could have been alright, but you destroyed everything with your own hands. How can I not be cruel to you?"
Over a decade had passed; even a dog would elicit affection after so long, let alone Qin Huan, his partner in life.
