Just as Grayson Thomas was about to hang up the phone, he heard Hannah Garcia on the other end with a faint crying voice. This voice was not feigned; it even carried a sense of fear.
"God, I might really be going to die, but before I do, I want to tell you that everything I said to you before, I meant it. If I really die, remember to buy a bunch of my favorite Happiness Flowers and visit my grave. That way, I'll know you came to see me," Hannah Garcia said, as tears streamed down her face.
The sound of the time bomb continued to tick tock.
Grayson Thomas slightly furrowed his brows. He was as sensitive to sounds as he was to numbers, and he quickly made out the sound of a time bomb, aside from Victoria's voice.
"Where are you now?" Grayson Thomas asked directly.
Hannah Garcia said, "I'm at the company, but I've already decided not to see you for the last time. Let's just leave it at this."
