Joes picked up the list and glanced at it. Before she could find the answer she needed, she heard the female doctor's voice.
"Congratulations, miss," she said with a smile,"you're pregnant. "

At that moment, Joes's grip on the paper tightened. Her guess was right.
Most of the results from the pregnancy test were accurate. She was still hoping for a miracle, but it turned out that she had been overthinking.
The corner of Joes's eyes twitched, and her emotions instantly changed.
"Doctor, may I ask how long I've been pregnant?" he asked after a long while.
"A week or so."
