"You are waiting for my calls." Said a male voice that she knew very well.

"If you only want to say that, I will cut off this call," Lucy remembered the incident again. Even though she wanted to forget about it immediately.

"Wait! I got news if you have no appetite. Are you okay?"

Why does he care about my appetite but not my feelings? Lucy's subconscious was upset.

"Don't bother me. Just mind your business." Lucy said coldly. Then immediately she ended the call.

Less than a second, her phone rang again. The man called her back. Lucy decided to turn off her phone and get ready to leave. She needed fresh air, her head felt like it was going to explode from being too upset.

After changing her clothes, Lucy walked out of the room to the stairs. All the maids who met her smiled kindly at her. Lucy politely smiled back.

Just as she opened the door of the house, she suddenly stopped because a man was blocking her way.

The man looked at her sharply, his breath looked raging. Thomas, who had just gotten out of the car, saw his master with a wide gaze.

Why was the master in such a hurry to go home? Thought Thomas.

"Why did you turn off your phone?" He asked demanding an answer.

"I'm free to do anything with my stuff," Lucy answered quickly.

Martin snorted. His two hands opened wide to form a blockade at the exit.

Lucy saw that and tried to find an opening for herself to escape. However, that man was too good at playing this game.

Until Lucy stopped and looked at Martin with hatred. Martin only smiled slyly.

"I'm free to do anything to you. Because you are mine." Said Martin repeating Lucy's previous words.

"I don't belong to anyone. Get off!"

Martin, who was getting impatient, snorted in annoyance and carried Lucy on his shoulder.

Lucy, who was shocked, shouted reflexively. "No! Let go of me. Sh*t."

"Huh. Looks like you learned a lot of beautiful vocabulary." Martin said as he walked up the stairs one by one.

"Why did I have to meet you in the first place? Why? Why? This must be a curse."

Lucy's voice was heard by all the servants including Thomas who watched from a distance.

Martin heard that immediately felt like his body was splashed with cold water. He closed his eyes for a moment and stopped at the last step.

"It's been a while since I heard that word. You really... startled me." Martin said then continued walking to the room.

"Well, you are a curse. A curse that entered my life." Lucy said without thinking.

Martin laughed even though his heart had been cut by a sharp knife.

"I'll show you what this curse looks like. I didn't give you time to prepare. Because the curse came suddenly, right?" Martin said in a flat tone.

Lucy heard him felt something strange. But she can't run away.
