"You're here for me?" Sam asked, looking all surprised at that point.
"I mean, who else would I be here for?" Jane asked as if she couldn't believe what Sam was saying as well.
"But why though? Like, I mean if it's something small, I can deal with it later. I'm talking about something important to Veronica, you know?" Sam winked a few times, hoping that Jane would get it.
"Well, it is not actually a small thing, so it would be great if you could come with me as quickly as possible." Jane said with all seriousness.
Seeing Jane's facial expressions, Sam had no choice but to fold. "I'm sorry. I guess it's really that important." Sam shrugged as he turned to Veronica and spoke.
"Yeah, it seems like it." Veronica said in a really sarcastic way.
"It is, though." Jane smiled as she quickly dragged Sam away from Veronica and straight towards Sid and Rose.
"So, how did it go? Was Sid right about what he said?" Rose asked.
