"Can I ask you something?" Sam turned towards Ashley after everything calmed down for a moment.
"Yea, what is it?" She asked.
"Well, as I said before, am I actually required here? I mean, even if someone actually come in asking for your hand in marriage or something, I don't think your parents are gonna allow it." He spoke.
"Ah, Sam. Sure, my parents won't force me into marriage or anything, but these relatives of mine are fucking annoying. As long as they see that I am single and all, they'll continue tormenting me and my family. So, having you around is a plus for us. And if it's the guilt making you say this, don't worry about it. Like, it's not that much, you know? The money, I mean." She shrugged as she replied.
Sam sighed. "The fact that you literally don't care about the money amuses me. I mean, if you're that fine with spending your money like that, how about you help me pay off my loans or something?" He chuckled as he asked that.
