Chapter 2

The beginning of the journey

"We're currently behind the palace of Aravia, you'll have to pass the Felwin's gate which you can directly, but don't say to the Felwin that you are going to the Kareok's castle or it will be trouble" the Windpriest said.

"Felwins have been on war with Kareok for a while now" the Windpriest said. "Behind us is the Tilshire, Vodamor's Strait, the deadlands and more 3" the Windpriest continued.

"The Felwins are on war with Kareok, the Valdemar is war with the Brimstone path. Aravia is to strong to be in the part of the war, The sewers of Arnoc and the Tilshire are allied to defeat the Hallowed Halls, The Deadleaf crossing is in the war with Durham forest" the Windpriest continued.

"So, the plan is, you, have to go through the Felwin's gate, not tell them about Kareok, go through the Durham Forest, do not look at the hollowed hounds" the Windpriest stopped to take a breath.

"The Catacombs of Narbuk will give you to mystery shards for two portals, fight the Arnocians and enter the Kareok's Castle" the Windpriest said. That was a lot to take in but I understood. "Ok…" I said.

"Goodbye!" Galek said as he left. I followed him and our adventure began.

"So where do we go first?" I asked him. "Didn't you listen? First is the Felwin's Gate" Galek replied. "Wait up!!" the Windpriest shouted. Me and Galek looked back.

"Here you go, these are escape shards, you should throw them at the ground, before doing that think of a place, think the name or how it looks" Windpriest said.

"Thank you goodbye" I said. "Let's go by foot, It would be much easier ,plus, we need to use these shards or whatever you call them, carefully" I said.

"You make good choices kid" Galek said to me. "Yeah… Thank you…" I replied.

"Stop" Galek said immediately. "Why?" I asked him. "Look carefully ahead the Felwins they're not where they should be" Galek replied.

"Based on my book…" I said as I reached out to my pocket. "Felwins always do that, as they're very much hungry… about 80% of the time" I said.

"Hoho! You're really good kid!" Galek said. "Whatever, there!! They're coming back, come on!!" I said as I ran ahead. Galek followed me and we reached on time. "Who are you dear sir?!!" the Felwin said.

"Oh right! Where are my manners, I'm Crusader and He's Galek, and we're heading to Kar-" I stopped remembering that Felwins and Kareoks are currently on war.

"We're headed to Sewers of Arnoc!" I continued. "Pass…" the Felwin said. I ran away in to the Durham forest. Now what did Windpriest say? No looking at the Feasting Hounds, well ok.

"Munch Munch!" I heard a sound I looked ahead and. "Crusader!! Don't look at-" Galek shouted. But it was to late I had already looked at the Hounding Hounds, and boy it was ready to kill me. "Run away from it bro!!" Galek shouted. I ran at the opposite direction while Galek slit it's throat with his bare hands. "Man you sh-" Galek said. "Behind you!!" I interrupted as I jumped high up into the air and slit the other hound's throat which was behind Galek's shoulder. "You're good at jumping Crusader" Galek said to me with a smile.

"Yeah, thanks, but look ahead there are some, reindeer men?" I said as I looked in disbelief.

"Yeah, smell 'em" Galek replied. I did and it smelled like gross raw fish.

"Hey, Galek, I know it is not the right time but, can you tell, your part of the story?" I asked him. He looked me as he just saw someone dying, he looked at me in shock, disbelief, anger and sadness.

"Alright, Crusader, but… promise me you won't ask me this again" Galek said. "Ok…" I replied.
