Soon, Shori goes to sleep.

Resolute was worried. Shori should be back by now.
The arena was just in front of the gates, because gyro asked for it.
Gyro "Hah! He would have died by now sect leader. What use?"

They could see a silhouette of a person and a silhouette of two birds coming at the speed of a soul and core perfection peak.
When it reaches the gate and opened it they could see a person with a mask, tattered robe and two Phoenixes with him!

When Shori was travelling to hunt beasts he saw a Phoenix that was on the verge of dying with a half grown phoenix.
Shori went closer to look when the adult phoenix which on the verge of dying pleaded him not to kill her child.
Shori "I am not here to kill you."
Once the adult phoenix was convinced it asked him to protect her child.
Shori "You can do that yourself."
He threw a pill that he got from the system which could heal unlimitedly regardless of amount of injury or Rank and he only had two. However, on seeing the phoenix he decided to give one to it.
The phoenix was shocked! This was a very rare treasure even in higher realms!
Thad adult phoenix "Are you sure you want to give me this!"
Shori "I have one more. And besides the point of the pill is to save lives."
The phoenix ate it and was grateful because it recovered to its peak stage! And so it decided to become a pet of Shori with her child if it agreed.
Her child agreed. Because it was also grateful to him that he saved his mother and didn't even ask whether they wanted to become his pet before turning to leave.
This is how it happened. And the Adult phoenix also activated his fire affinity and blessed him with phoenix flame!

Resolute knew that even though he is a true foundation cultivator he couldn't fight against the cultivator and the two phoenixes.
