Gorre scooped a spoon of meat into his mouth. He was in the cafeteria, with a table full of food just for him. All the food here was amazing. Gorre couldn't have enough of them.
His belly got bigger every day. A few weeks ago, he was skinny as twigs, now, he was thick as a tree trunk.
Gorre wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not. Fat people were considered to be handsome after all. All the wealthy people he knew were fat. Whereas skinny or thin people were considered poor.
He wasn't exactly wealthy, but all the food was free for him to eat. Who would reject free food? He had only eaten a bowl of rice per day back in his cave.
Gorre felt resentful towards them. He thought his plastic chair product was cheap. So cheap he could barely eat. But it was sold at such a high price. They lied to him.
But he did not care. He had food and a good bedroom. Life was comfortable.
