Throughout the journey the atmosphere in the car was very quiet, Casandra was busy with her thoughts and Aji focused on the steering wheel. When they arrived at Mahesa's residence, before Aji had time to open the car door, Casandra had already left.
Mahesa smiled welcoming his granddaughter to come, but his smile disappeared when he saw Casandra gloomy and uninspired. "My prettiest granddaughter, you're home, it seems."
"Hello Grandpa" said Casandra then entered Mahesa's arms.
"Hey, what's this? Usually you are filled with such radiant energy, but why is it dim now? Are you too tired from your lectures today?" Casandra was silent in Mahesa's arms, actually she herself didn't know why she wasn't excited after knowing Anan was gone.
"Yes, Grandpa, maybe I'm too tired of studying," said Casandra languidly then rose from Mahesa's arms. "I'm going to my room first, Grandpa" a short kiss landed on Mahesa's cheek.
