The woes of Rita began, the moment Sky stepped out of the private room. She was mishandled by Mr Q's guards in many ways, and she had to remain silent and endure it all. When he realized it was enough, he ordered her to follow him to their designated room.
Rita walked along like a ghost, and the few waitresses who bypassed them along the way gave her looks of pity, taunts, provocative winks, and the ones that irked her the most were those that feigned respect when they passed. She knew for a fact that they were merely mocking her.
The private room Mr Q got was purposely placed in the busiest area, closest to the washroom so that all others could see the fate that befell her. No one uttered a single word, but their looks said it all.
