The road seemed to be covered with a red carpet. On the side of the road there were several women who danced gracefully, wearing colorful scarves. Soft music also soothed the hearts of those people there. And dozens of people were seen walking on the red carpet flanked by buildings.

As the name suggested, almost the entire place was decorated with red color. Its buildings, pillars, statues and even the streets there were also covered in red carpet.
The colors were vibrant and so bright.
People who were not used to living there, might find it very strange. Nonetheless, the area's residents felt that all of these things were normal.
They also seemed to like the color, so sometimes, there could be some people wearing red clothes too.
Nonetheless, there were more people who weren't too fanatical about the colors of the Area they were born in. They looked still wanting to wear clothes in the different colors they wanted.
