Meredith's POV
"If you need anything miss, please don't hesitate to call for us," she said with a smile, the kind of awkward smile that made her feel nervous. She probably thought I was a hookup and now she realized I'm not. I nodded and she left.
My bag was beside my bed and my phone was placed on charge how nice of them. Since I got the day to rest I picked up my phone and called Michael to instruct them on what to do.
Basically, everything was ready for the new collection Van and I were working on. I only hope the sewing and the finishing process goes on smoothly.
He was calm to my surprise, and didn't ask anything about Matthew or what was going on. "Just have enough rest, we will take care of everything here," he had whispered over the phone and I wondered what he heard or what my father told them. Anyway, I will find out if I get back to work.
