Matthew's POV
I was left in a complete daze after Marisa pulled that stunt or it was all in my head. I probably just missed her so much. I took my bag and left the house. Back at the dark empty apartment I sat on Meredith's bed, what used to be her bed, and stared into the skies. Remembering all our happy moments.
A few days pass and tomorrow is the day we go to court. I was worried. I still haven't heard a word from Mr. Ace or the whereabouts of Meredith. Even his lawyers can't reach him on the phone or perhaps it's another plot of his. I feared things might take a bad turn tomorrow.
My dad called to check on me but I had to lie I was fine, the advert was aired today and it was a huge success. People love it and everyone is talking about it. I wanted to call Lizzy but she might think I'm checking up on her something told me not to.
