I smiled ending the call, "I can't believe it. Our prayers have been answered. This is a wonderful day. It really is, Matthew. I'm so relieved and grateful. Let's plan a big celebration for Dad after your case. He deserves it more than anyone."
"Agreed, Lizzy. This calls for a real family celebration. I'm so glad we can share this good news with him." I hissed falling back on the chair.
"Your court case isn't going so well is it?" Lizzy asked sitting next to me. "No, well I won't bore you with the details," I said faking a smile.
"I am here to assist you and ensure that you receive fair and safe support. Please feel free to share your thoughts and concerns with me, as I am always ready to lend a listening ear and offer any help that I can. Know that you are not alone and that I am here to support you every step of the way." she said offering me her shoulders.
