Matthew's POV
"Did she try killing herself with drugs?" the doctor said and I couldn't figure out if that was a question or a statement.
"I don't know what drugs she took but she has been unable to for a while now," I replied, staring at him curiously. The doctor let out a sigh before he said, "Well I can't say anything without a proper examination, but we can't take any risk in case she has overdosed or the drug is potent. so I suggest we take her to a hospital, get the test done and only then will I able to tell you more," I do agree with him.
I was about to get my jacket and take Marisa to the hospital when she suddenly opened her eyes. "Just give me some painkillers doctor, no need to go to the hospital," Marisa mumbled.
"I'm sorry miss, you don't look good to me. you need to be hospitalised," The doctor said firmly. "No hospitals, don't you get it!" Marisa yelled losing it and running her hand through her hair like every addict.
