I can't believe how drastically my perspective on this terrible situation has changed.
With Lee here, there's more hope, especially after the conversation we had earlier. He's here to save Cayden; there's still a shot. Garrett has no clue that he belongs to the FireMoon pack and by the looks of it, he really trusts him. That's beneficial for us all, firstly because Lee will need to get Cayden out of here, and he won't be able to do that with everyone watching him and suspecting him.
After lunch, Garrett wants to see me. He asked one of the maids to inform me that he'll meet me in his office. Why the formality, I wonder? Whatever he has to say to me, it has to be important.
