Chapter 95: Daddy why?
When Starr woke up on Thursday morning, Pepper was opening her window to let air and light inside.
She yawned and rubbed her eyes, she was still feeling sleepy and she knew it was as a result of going to bed late yesterday.
Thinking about it everything about yesterday was weird.
First, Pepper sobbed as she called out her name in the baseball field and apologized for missing her game and Starr didn't even know that she was capable of crying to begin with.
Then when they got home, she took out the biggest bowl of ice cream and they played video games on the screen while they stuffed their faces with ice cream.
It wasn't the longest period they had spent with each other which ended with Pepper carrying her to her bedroom because she was so tired she couldn't walk.
Starr sat upright on the bed.
