Chapter 203: You grew up
Pepper was still on the floor when Starr walked inside to apologize to her like her father insisted.
She frowned when she saw Pepper clutching her head.
"Are you alright?" She asked obviously worried but decided against it.
She was done caring about people that didn't care for her.
" Anyway, Dad is making me apologize to you, I don't get it but he is going to take away my car if I don't. So, sorry" Starr turned around to leave but Pepper spoke.
Pepper was drowsy and she had the most terrible headache and she was fighting to stay conscious.
"No, wait" she whispered.
She rubbed her eyes like she was trying to remove some cobwebs there…like she was trying to see more clearly.
"Why?" Starr turned around to ask her "You lied to me! You promised you will always find me but you are not going to remember me ever, are you? because deep down, you don't want me"
