Chapter 115: How dare Asher?
"Hey, Jill"
"Hello, Ms. Pepper. Back already?" Jill asked her.
Pepper waved without saying a word as she made her way to the elevator. She was almost close to the door when it opened and June stepped out of it. She raced to where Jill was sitting behind a desk.
"Hide me, Jill. Hide me!" She told the young lady who looked confused at first before asking her to come to her side of the table.
Pepper sat on the floor and waited patiently for June to leave.
June walked to the place the hotel receptionist sat and she narrowed her eyes.
"Can you tell my best friend that she's being a child and she can't hide from me forever?" June told the receptionist.
Pepper pulled Jill's shirt once and Jill cleared her throat. "I don't know what you are talking about. Ms. Pepper left the hotel this morning"
June's eyelashes fluttered severally before she glued them at Jill's table.
