Nomads are treated as not a part of this kingdom . They are more thought like a horse riding madman's who only rob and loot human villagers in winter .They are not included in any citizenship of this kingdom . The only way , a nomad can become this kingdoms citizen is , If he or she lawfully marry a civilized opposite sex .
Chagadai was also sad when he thought that the kingdom he grew up never recognize him as a part of their kingdom at all . Even if the kingdom face a imminent destruction ,it will not call the nomad tribe for help as they are recognized as a brutes and uncivilized .
