Archer's POV
I could see the annoyance on Ella's beautiful face, and I felt triumphant that I had won when I heard her footsteps following behind me. I pretended not to care, even if I could feel the nervousness inside me.
And I wondered I felt this way when how many times I told myself and my sister and also my cousin that I am no longer affected by Ella, and why now I suddenly feel excited as I have here in my house.
"Have a seat, Ella, and I won't bite you," I said, and she slowly raised her head and looked at me. I could see the anger on her face as she gazed at me.
I ignored her and put a plate on top of the placemat, and I put toasted bread on her plate, some egg omelet, and bacon; I could see a smile on her face, but I knew she was trying to hide her amusement.
"I am not hungry," she responded, and I chuckled.
"Why are you so angry with me, Ella? Have I done something wrong to you?" I asked, and she looked at me.
