Blake chased Emily to the bathroom, but she closed the door in his face and locked it. He pounded his fist against it, "You can't keep running away from me, Emily."
"I'm not running away, I have a friend to meet shortly so I'm trying to get ready quickly," she told him as she turned on the shower.
Blake furrowed his brows, "When did you become such a terrible liar?"
"I'm not lying, I promised Milly I would take her out to dinner as an apology for what happened yesterday."
"When since are you nice?" Blake questioned.
Emily rolled her eyes, "Not because I'm not nice to you I'm not nice to other people."
"Are you seriously not going to tell me the truth?"
Emily dried herself and wrapped a towel around her body before opening the door. She stared up at him, "I already told you...we didn't do anything and you were with that loud bimbo last night."
