"Witches?" Emily repeated before bursting out in laughter. 'This really is getting too supernatural for me.'
Ella ignored her outburst and opened the large book in front of her. "There are people in the world who practice witchcraft and even sell their souls to the devil to receive powers similar to the miracles done by Jesus."
She looked at Emily, "It's possible that you were cursed by one."
Emily furrowed her brows, "So should I like find a priest or something?"
Ella continued to skip through the pages of the book, "No, because I'm still unsure. When I went into your head, I could see fragments of your past, so basically, you're slowing remembering everything."
Anessa's brows shot up, "Is that what's causing the frequent memory flashes?"
Ella slipped on a pair of brown, thick-rimmed glasses. She only looked up at Anessa for a brief second to answer her question. "Not exactly, there's something forcing her to remember."
