Emmy smiled, thinking that her words were wrong.
"Look at Cross. Did he treat her badly before she exposed these scandals?"
"That's true."
Ellie tilted her head and thought again.
"No, there's still a difference. You see, Perez and Cross exposed your past scandals, and James chose not to believe them."
"And when Perez's scandal broke out, Cross chose to believe it. Is this a different place?"
"Because my scandals don't exist, James knows."
Emmy explained with a smile:
"What about Perez's scandals? They can't all be real, but at least a few of them are real, right?"
"The point is that James doesn't know if those things are true."
Ellie immediately defended James.
"Look at that night, on the anniversary of the Fuyuan jewellery, Perez blew up your scandal and heard about your performance. Wow, it was so handsome!"
