Emmy sat by the window. In the evening, it was still cold at the end of April. James asked for space for a blanket for her.
she unfolded the blanket and turned to look at him.
"How do you know?" he looked at her in surprise.
... "Aren't all rich men like this?"
She said faintly.
"Weren't you the big Miss of a rich family?" he asked with a smile.
"My husband used to be rich, but that doesn't mean I'm rich."
She said faintly:
"I don't think there's much difference between economy and first class."
"It doesn't make much difference. It's just a little more spacious, and you can reach your destination at the same time."
He smiled and said,
