"Yeah, don't worry Mommy, I will definitely be a good girl to Teacher Yani!" Yuki said excitedly. She then put the last remaining of her food in her mouth before taking Yani's hands and placing it on top of her head before smiling brightly. This made all the adults smile at Elisa and Yuki saw all of them, but the one that she noticed was the look the prince was giving her, it was the kind of smile that was full of admiration, but not the kind of admiration of just simply looking up to someone.
When Elisa noticed this, she simply smiled to herself as now she knew that she was taking steps to make the prince take notice of her and that betraying him and killing him would be easier now that she had taken his attention. That was the first plan that she thought of since she got the Quest, to get close to the Prince and take advantage of it before killing him since that was the easier plan.
Though of course if that didn't work and it would serve much harder, she could just always wage a war as soon as he takes the throne since she is confident that no one will be able to defeat her much less kill her because of one simple reason. She knows that none of this world knows that she can use it to her advantage and the fruits of her labor are already showing, getting Yani's recognition is one of them.
"Well… aren't you quite the affectionate one. But don't think that just because you're cute, I'll go easy on you, okay? I'm quite strict when it comes to teaching, and my children can attest to that." Yani said with a light smile as she looked at her children who all shivered in fear after seeing her smile at them as if haunting memories just came flooding back at all of them, but Elisa simply chuckled in response at this.
"Don't worry, Auntie Yani! I'll definitely be able to handle them! You don't have to worry about me because I'm a hardworking girl!" Elisa said proudly as she raised her hand as if making an oath to Yani which made her laugh, she then stood up without saying anything and carried Elisa in her arms.
"Yeah? Then I would like to see it right now, how about you go change your clothes to a more appropriate one. I would like to see how capable you are right this instant." Yani said with a gleam in her eyes before handing Elisa to Alvitr who couldn't even respond properly when she saw how Yani changed her clothes with Magic so quickly saying that she was actually serious right now and that she wasn't joking with what she said.
Sighing to herself, Alvitr then simply excused herself from the rest of the Royal Family and took Elisa away to change her clothes since Yani had already said so. But it wasn't just her who was getting ready because it was practically everyone, as the Empress really takes charge of things, but if she does, it was sure that everyone would need to follow what she says.
"Elisa… I know that you want to do this… but please don't push yourself too hard okay? Yani is really not kidding when she is strict, because she can actually be quite pushing when it comes to things like this. I haven't experienced it personally, but I have heard enough rumors from her children that she needs to be feared when you are getting personally taught by her." Alvitr warned her daughter as she just finished dressing her up with more proper training clothes.
"Yes, I hear you, Mommy. Don't worry, I'll definitely run to you first if I feel that I can't do it. I won't make you worry. But just know that I'll really try my best before giving up." Elisa said as she hugged her Mother comforting her which melted Alvitr's heart.
She felt so thankful that she had such an understanding daughter that tears spilled her eyes a little as she hugged Elisa even tighter before finally letting go and wiping her tears away and kissing her daughter on her forehead lovingly.
"Good. That's good to hear and that is exactly what I want you to do, never give up until it's really over or you can't do anything anymore. But before that happens, make sure that you have tried everything first before giving up. But just know that whatever the result is, I will always be proud of you." Alvitr said before hugging her tighter once more and finally letting go to the training area to look for Yani once they arrived, she was already waiting with everyone watching.
"I'm sorry Auntie Yani that I was late, but please tell me what I should do first," Elisa asked as she bowed and was actually curious about what she was going to do, in her mind she was thinking of Yani would ask her to spar, but that would be too much because she is still a kid, and she was an adult.
"Don't worry too much, little Elisa. I'm not that cruel to make a little girl such as yourself spar with me, though that doesn't mean that I won't be testing you easily. It will be hard~ Let's start now shall we?" Yani said as she slowly approached Elisa before disappearing from their sight and appearing right before Elisa and shooting out a burst of flames at her shocking everyone because she just said that they wouldn't have a spar.
But before it could even hit Elisa, she had already extinguished it with her Ice Magic by completely devouring the flames in one single go which made all of them even more shocked. Even if Yani held back because she was a kid, that kind of reaction speed isn't something normal.
"Great! This is going to be your first lesson from me, reaction speed! Let's see how far you can keep up with me, I'll keep it harder and harder from now on knowing that you can actually keep up with me. Don't disappoint me now, little Elisa~" Yani teased as she disappeared once more and threw a punch at Elisa's stomach she merely caught it but sadly she was hit with the incoming thunderbolt from her back or at least that's what everyone thought.
"Interesting… Not only do you have great reflexes, but you're really smart! To think that you know that you can put an Ice Shield that is as big as just a coin but is strong enough to hold my thunderbolt is amazing! Condensing Magic… you really have read a lot of books! Then… I'll push you even further." Yani said excitedly as she began to slowly put more strength and tricks at this test to Elisa.
But Elisa stayed calm at all times because even if she is just a little over 20 years old, she has more than enough experience in battle that hone her skills.
