If it was so easy like how Yuki described it to be, everyone would be able to draw something like this like it was nothing, but the harsh truth is that it wasn't that simple like how Yuki sees it, and simply because Magic Theory was one of the hardest concepts to grasp as a cultivator. Even the old masters and some Gods find it hard to draw an 8 -8-layered Magic Circle, at most they would need at least an hour before they can finish setting it up.
Even for her to draw and make a 10-layered Magic Circle she was going to need an entire day to finish it, and that was considered the fastest in the whole history of Nightingale, that is why she was feared by everyone. Because of her high aptitude and intelligence in Magic Theory,
When Yuki saw that Skadi was basically gawking at her because of her little showcase, she wondered how she would react if she actually showed Skadi her Thousand Layers of Death. But she decided not to as showing that skill was just a bad idea since it was one of her greatest trump cards as that Magic Circle doesn't choose anything, as long as something passes through it will instantly kill anything in its path.
"Well… what can I say? I'm just the greatest there is, no one is comparable to me~" Yuki said arrogantly as she destroyed all of her Magic Circles in one snap of a finger, but when Skadi heard her remarks, she couldn't help but tremble in irritation.
But deep in her heart, she couldn't simply deny or even reject Yuki's words because out of everyone that she knows or even recorded in history, no one can even come close to her level. Just to be able to draw a 10-layered Magic Circle instantly was something no one could do.
"Is it really that shocking though? I know someone who can also make a 10-layered Magic Circle Of course, her level is not as high as mine. But still, she can make one at a snap of a finger, and she is even weaker than you as well as younger." Yuki couldn't help but say as she recalled the moment when Jade decided to show her own 10-layered Magic Circle.
If Skadi was telling the truth and that creating Magic Circle was not as simple as she thought, then Jade could be considered a peerless genius, probably even the best one in the Mortal Realm if she was nurtured correctly. When she thought about this, she began to think of some ideas on how she could rope her into her own side because Jade was different from the Seven Deadly Sins, she wasn't contracted by her, she merely decided to join her as she doesn't want to die of course.
"What? How is that possible? Who is this person that you're talking about? Even though I'm quite ashamed to say this, I'm very old already, and I know most of the talented people who have ever lived in Nightingale, but never in my life I have ever heard that someone could make a 10-layered Magic Circle in an instant." Skadi asked with sparkling eyes as she looked at Yuki straight in her eyes, but she was only met with her cold eyes that gave her the answer.
"Fuck this… if you are this talented already, is there really a thing that I would be able to teach you?" Skadi cursed at herself as she was finally beginning to see that disparity between her and Yuki. Despite only being a year old, she was more talented than her already, if not for the fact that she had already reached godhood, she could say that she would have a chance of losing if she fought her.
Even if she gets serious because even if she has the upper hand in Endurance, Stamina, and Battle IQ, there is still that chance that she will lose. Just her Bloodlust alone was enough to make Skadi kneel in front of Yuki, the moment she felt it, she somehow felt that she was still not using every inch of her powers in her Bloodlust, meaning she could still make it even more powerful.
"Don't be depressed because of this. At first, I also thought that you wouldn't be able to teach me anything, but when I saw your Ice Magic… that made me think about it again. So I guess that is the thing that I want you to teach me, Ice Magic as well as Blood Manipulation, as for the rest, you can use that time to teach the two." Yuki said as she stared at Skadi with her usual cold and indifferent eyes, but it was kind of different for her.
In those eyes, Skadi could somehow see the desire and thirst for more knowledge, and seeing this put a confident smile on her face because if she was going to teach her about something, these two would be the ones she was the most confident in. She was the best among everyone in Ice and Blood Manipulation, of course except for those even more terrifying of an existence before her.
"I can do that and I can assure you that you will learn a lot from me. Because even if your Ice and Blood Element is still at Glass Rank, you won't have to worry about that because your control over your two Elements would be at the same level as Diamond when we are done~" Skadi said confidently as she then turned around with clear determination in her eyes.
"Wait… I'm going to say this now, you can teach me when at weekends so that it wouldn't consume too much time. But on the weekdays, we will spar every single day. How about that, do you agree with that?" Yuki simply asked, she also looked at the two if they would let her take half of the day doing nothing but learning.
Seeing the two nod their heads, Yuki was relieved and glad that they didn't object. She was quite worried that the two would have a word about it because, in all reality, half a day of learning was simply too much time. But compared to those people who have been cultivating for more than a thousand years, that was simply too much in Yuki's eyes.
She finds it stupid, especially the so-called closed cultivation. She was not fond of that idea, because she felt that it was just a waste of time unless it was something like enlightenment or Ranking Up to a higher Rank, which would need a long time, then she could see a sense in doing it. But if you are only doing it for the mere idea of consuming more Mana/Qi in the air so that you can have more Energy is fairly stupid for her.
Though the only reason she can tell this is because of her abnormal rate of absorbing Mana around her, if not for that then maybe there was a chance that she would also be doing the same as the rest of them.
"Yeah, I don't see a problem in that. I'm quite free anyway."
