"Cassian, are you sure?" Samuel asked. "You seem-"
"I have to!" Cassian snapped. "I have no choice. If I don't take this, then I'll be found in the wrong here. Either way, I lose my life."
"So, your family sees you for the scum you are," Marcus said. "It's not really the same as throwing your life away, is it?"
"Marcus, you have been challenged. Do you accept?" Samuel asked.
"What if I don't?"
"By our rules, you automatically forfeit the duel."
"That's bullshit!" Marcus exclaimed. "I proved he deserved it on multiple fronts, plus I already beat the shit out of him, so why do I have to fight him again to prove that I'm right?"
"That is just how our family rules work. You do, however, have choice over the rules of the fight." Leonidas said, defending his family.
