Caroline Edwin and Grace Sharon chatted for a while longer, standing up only after Rex Leanne had booked the plane tickets.
She took out a white face mask from her bag, tore open the transparent packaging to put it on, then patted Grace Sharon on the shoulder.
The corner of Caroline's eye casually glanced at Rodney Lytton, "Little girl, cherish the one in front of you. I wish you a lifetime of happiness together."
Upon hearing her words, Grace Sharon's eyes widened, and she quickly covered her mouth with her hands, her face showing disbelief.
Her voice rose, "Oh my God, Carol, how did you know about that?"
The fact that she was dating her boss was known by some people in the studio, but it hadn't spread too far.
A crisp light laugh escaped Caroline's throat, "I just figured it out."
Grace Sharon pursed her lips, not quite believing it, but didn't probe further, assuming someone in the studio had accidentally let it slip.
