The students from each class were seated in an orderly fashion in the cafeteria, quietly enjoying their dinner, and murmurs of conversation could be heard throughout the hall.
Lionel Grant, Rita Webster, Kerry Whitney, and others got their meals and sat down at an empty table.
Several voices of discussion came from behind them.
"Have you heard? Lionel Grant of Class 4 rejected Yolanda Gregory's proposal outright and had no plans to join our Class 1."
"The Coach Edwin of Class 4 has both the looks and the figure. It's truly a joy to see such a beauty every day; alas, beauty can be a curse."
"Hey, do you guys think Lionel Grant doesn't want to leave Class 4 because he has feelings for Coach Edwin? Could there be something going on between them in private?"
