She took out a cotton swab and some medicine, wetting it and holding it gently in her hand.
Loona Ben's eyes were full of distress as she carefully applied the medicine to Caroline's back.
Her movements were slow as she asked while applying, "Carol, how's this pressure? Is it painful? Should I be even gentler?"
The soft and light touch felt like feathers tickling, which was actually not as comfortable as a heavier touch.
Caroline sighed, "Grandma, it doesn't hurt, you can use a little more force."
It was clearly just a minor flesh wound, not even a drop of blood was shed. There was no need to make a big fuss about it.
"Huh?"
Loona Ben looked puzzled, blinking her eyelashes, looking adorable with her blank expression.
She swallowed and didn't dare to take the initiative, "Really? Are you sure? You're not being sarcastic?"
In response to the series of questions, Caroline chuckled softly and nodded, "Yes, really."
