After having breakfast.
The family headed to Longevity Hospital.
Just as they entered the inpatient department, they saw Claud Stuart in the corridor, having just finished his rounds and preparing to return to his office.
He spotted her and walked over to her with a smile, greeting her with a familiar air, "Lady, you're at the hospital?"
Ever since their last encounter, his attitude towards Caroline Edwin had been both friendly and full of admiration.
"Mhm." She nodded, not bothering with his form of address.
Standing aside, Gordon Edwin watched their conversation, casting a glance at Claud Stuart with a faint hint of displeasure in his eyes.
His cultured face bore an aloof smile, and the air of authority around him was not to be underestimated.
Gordon interrupted the conversation, "Let's go, don't let your grandfather wait too long."
Hearing him say that, Claud Stuart couldn't continue chatting with her, so he nodded his goodbye and walked past her.
