At the urging of the whistle, the students walked to the fixed deep green spiral staircases, grabbing the handrails tightly with both hands and placing their feet on the metal rods.

As the second whistle blew, they charged their bodies and spun the staircase vigorously, and a sweeping sensation of dizziness instantly overwhelmed them.
The world before their eyes turned dark and tumultuous, as if the lunch they had eaten was about to be vomited out, and their complexions gradually paled.
Despite this, no one was willing to admit defeat; they gritted their teeth and persisted with determined eyes.

The roaring wind echoed in their ears, whistling in, causing shivers in the early spring and gradually clearing their muddled thoughts.
Their hands clutched the metal rods, terrifying blue veins bulging on their hands.
