Seeing them panting and uncomfortably sprawled on the dry grass, with sweat streaming down their bodies, Caroline Edwin raised her eyebrows.
"Rest for ten minutes," she instructed before commanding everyone to stand up and resume training.
They endured training routines such as resistance to dizziness on rotating stairs, three-kilometer endurance runs, hundred-meter sprints, and so on.
By the end of the session, they were exhausted and completely out of strength.
Benjamin Hood was so out of breath it was painful. He looked around to find that the other people were not faring much better.
"Not bad, keep up the good work," Caroline said with a light laugh, holding a roster and a pen, and walked away.
About two minutes later, she encountered Ryan Saxon, who was dressed in a coach's uniform, on the road.
She nodded in greeting, "Coach Saxon, thanks for your efforts with our class students recently."
